We enjoyed our 3-night stay in a spacious room with a big TV. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering great variety. The staff were mostly helpful, and the location was superb for subway access. Just be ready for small elevators during busy breakfast hours!

The breakfast scene was lit with a make-your-own pancake machine—a total game changer! Plus, we loved the welcoming vibe from the staff and the coffee machine in our room which hit the spot after long days in the city. Fresh brewed joy, am I right?

On the flip side, when we arrived early, the front desk lady was colder than a winter morning in Brooklyn. We were a tired crew after a long walk, and it took ages to get our rooms sorted. A little help would've gone a long way!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially since it was just a few blocks from Broadway and less than a 10-minute walk to Bryant Park, making my city strolls absolutely delightful. the hotel staff were always friendly and the breakfast area was well managed despite the busy mornings.

I had a decent stay while attending some attractions nearby. The free breakfast was a highlight, especially the make-your-own pancake machine which was a fun addition. On the downside, I faced some issues with the elevator being out of order, forcing me to take the stairs multiple times, which was challenging considering I’m recovering from an injury. Overall, the location was great and made it easy to explore the area easily.
